Phoenix Global Support is a specialized training organization, focused on achieving client training and operational objectives with standardized, professional and repeatable outcomes.
We deliver standardized, professional and repeatable intelligence collection and analysis, military leadership, and related subject training for the warfighter.
We also provide program management, staffing, and operational personnel augmentation from the 18,000 square foot Phoenix Global Academy, in training and operational areas, or at other global client locations.
With a large inventory of aircraft available, Phoenix can provide realistic mission-focused training for a variety of intelligence collection skills. We are located in Fayetteville, North Carolina and within 2½ hours from multiple military, regional and international airports to facilitate whatever training you have.

JAMES LYONS, PhD, PMP
Jim Lyons is the President & Owner of Phoenix Global, LLC. As a USAF CMSgt (ret) Combat Controller, Jim is a Combat Control Hall of Fame Honoree and he is the President of the Combat Control School Heritage Foundation. Jim is a perpetual academic, having earned degrees for a Master of Business Administration, and a PhD, Organization and Management. Jim also serves as the District Chairman, for the Boy Scouts of America.
RON HAYNES, MS, PMP
Ron Haynes, PMP, is the Chief Strategy Officer for Phoenix Global Support, LLC. He is a U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (ret), having served as a SOF Logistics Officer and JSOTF J-4 he has had a prestigious military career. Equally impressive, Ron has a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science degree in National Security Studies. He currently serves as the President, Joint Special Operations Association.
MIKE DAVIS, BSBA
Mike Davis is the Chief of Operations for Phoenix Global Support, LLC. He is a former Sergeant First Class, having served as a Cryptologic Linguist with the 7th Special Forces Group. With Mike's accomplished military career, and with degrees earned for a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a minor in Business Intelligence, he is a standout representative member of the Phoenix Global Leadership Team.
BRUCE BROMLEY, BSMIS
Bruce Bromley is the Vice President of Training for Phoenix Global Support, LLC. Bruce introduces and implements many of the technical innovations employed by the company supporting mission objectives. Bruce retired from the U.S. Army as a Sergeant First Class, having served with the 3rd Special Forces Group as a Cryptologic Linguist. Bruce has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
