Jim Lyons is the President & Owner of Phoenix Global, LLC. As a USAF CMSgt (ret) Combat Controller, Jim is a Combat Control Hall of Fame Honoree and he is the President of the Combat Control School Heritage Foundation. Jim is a perpetual academic, having earned degrees for a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a PhD, Organization and Management, and he is a certified Professional Program Manager.
Jim is the Founder and President and Founder of the Combat Control School Heritage Foundation, and he also serves as the District Chairman, for the Boy Scouts of America.
