Our course design process is tailored specifically to meet mission requirements.  We constantly evaluate and integrate client feedback into our training programs to update training and integrate current and emerging technologies and practices.

We ensure that students and training is focused on meeting mission requirements, by incorporating technical and field operations details to fully support all client designated training objectives.

Consulting

Classroom Instruction

Effective Training and Development

Phoenix Global Support provides classroom instruction and field training anywhere required to achieve the best training outcome. We provide university style (lecture) instruction at our secure campus, or at a location designated by the client.

We recommend keeping a ratio of no more than 10 students per instructor in a classroom setting, to ensure maximum training effectiveness and individual development.

Field Training

Adaptable and Effective Training Scenarios 

Training plans incorporate terrain and field operations as varied and challenging as that which can be found in large metropolitan areas, to those found in remote desert locations. Phoenix Global Support has the capability, adaptability and resources required to create successful training outcomes, anywhere the client requires.

For field settings and operational training, we recommend a ratio 4 students per instructor to ensure maximum training effectiveness and individual development.

Introduction to GSM - introduces and explains the basic components, technologies used, and operation of GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) systems.

Students discover why mobile telephone service providers have upgraded from 1st generation analog systems to more efficient and feature rich 2nd generation GSM systems. Students will also learn how 2nd generation systems are gradually evolving into 3rd generation broadband multimedia systems.
