As a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Phoenix Global Support (PGS), is currently hiring to fill a position for a Detachment Support Operator in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Phoenix Global Support is a US government provider of Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence training and operational support, Human Intelligence solutions provider, and provider of robust exercise support. In addition to Electronic Warfare and Signals Intelligence support, PGS provides language translation support, ground and airborne test and evaluation of wireless capabilities.

PGS currently holds contracts with multiple US government entities.

Senior Socio-Cultural Analysis (SCA)
Social Media Analyst

The Senior SCA Social Media Analyst provides analysis based on social media factors/activity, relationships, related threats on issues of concern. In addition, the Analyst provides atmospheric information outlining leaders, group dynamics, attitudes, cultural norms and values. Highlights significant components of human society: economic, demographic, legal/regulatory, political/institutional, social/cultural, religious/ideological, and relevant geographic variables to the operational commander.

The Senior SCA Social Media Analyst responds to Requests for Information (RFI’s) through various products such as Intelligence Studies, Desk Notes, PowerPoint briefings with associated textual analyses and graphical representation of areas of interest at different classification levels.

Minimum Qualifications

·        Ten years combined SCA with at least five years in Social Media experience

·        Graduate-level degree (MA/MS) in a social science discipline or 5+ years on a SOCOM or TSOC Social Media analytical team.

·        Eight years experience with social/cultural studies (e.g., anthropology, sociology, political science, etc.) or development economics, and social media analysis

·        Five years IC or DOD intelligence experience with analysis, reporting and briefing in DOD settings. The tools currently utilized by the government are Babel Street and Snap Trends

·        Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

·        Must have valid US Passport
