1st Award, 2020
On 10 November 2020, the Secretary of Labor awarded the 2020 Platinum HIRE Vets Medallion Award to Phoenix Global Support, LLC. The award is the only federal-level veterans’ employment award that recognizes a company or organization’s commitment to veteran hiring, retention, and professional development. Phoenix Global Support, LLC, is one of two small business platinum awardees from North Carolina.
This year, the awards were presented at a virtual ceremony hosted by Secretary of Labor Eugene Scalia at the Department’s headquarters in Washington, D.C..
Phoenix Global Support is honored that the Department of Labor and Secretary Scalia recognized the company’s efforts to hire and keep veterans.
